SnailWorks Plans First User’s Conference for May 6 in Indianapolis
March 27, 2019
Dave Lewis
With a growing user base of highly engaged users, SnailWorks will be holding its first user’s conference to accompany the National Postal Forum in Indianapolis. The Users Conference will run from
3:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 6
and be followed by drinks and appetizers co-sponsored with MCS. The conference will be in the Indianapolis Convention Center – the room number is still to be determined. The reception after will be at the Yard House, Indianapolis – Circle Centre, 15 W Maryland St. starting at 5:30.
Why a User’s Conference?
SnailWorks and the postal programs that drive it – Informed Visibility and Informed Delivery – are always changing. Many of our users are surprised by features they didn’t know were there, by shortcuts that make navigating simpler. We also get a lot of our best ideas from our users – most of our coolest features were based on their suggestions…and sometimes their pet peeves. Since so many of our users attend NPF, it only seemed logical to have our senior team spend time with them and share knowledge and ideas. The sessions will be led by SnailWorks’ President, Dave Lewis, along with Vice President of Information Technology, Chip Birckhead, and Director of Client Services, Karen Bartram, along with other members of the SnailWorks team. We will provide in-depth, interactive demos of our three primary product lines – Visibility+, Direct2Digital, and Direct2Digital ID. You will get a power users view of each product, and have the opportunity to share your wishes for the products with SnailWorks leaders, and fellow users. We will finish with a detailed program on participating in the USPS 2019 Informed Delivery Promotion, so you will be prepared to support your customers. The program is designed primarily for current users of SnailWorks, but anyone with an interest in any of the postal products being discussed is welcome – and we expect you will find it valuable. We’re still putting together a goodie bag for the event – we promise to make it worth the visit – everyone likes goodies! There is no charge for the conference, but we do need to know who’s coming – so if you are interested, please
