“Dominates” may be a strong word, but we surely felt like the NPF in Indianapolis was an overwhelming success for SnailWorks. We’re grateful for all the customers (and future customers) we saw there. We kicked off on Sunday with Dave Lewis giving a talk on creating and measuring successful Informed Delivery® campaigns. You can get a copy of the presentation here. Our booth traffic was very good, with Steve Hertz doing virtually nonstop demos on our Big Monitor in the deal-making corner. The rest of us were busy greeting the many customers and friends who came to the Forum. The highlight of the forum for us was our first Users’ Conference Monday afternoon. The conference was well attended and those who came were all engaged in the conversation. We came away with some good ideas for updating the system, and our clients got a good deep dive into how to best leverage all of the features of SnailWorks. They also got Amazon Echo Dots, SnailWorks hats, and lots more goodies in the Users’ Conference goody bag. Who knows what we’ll dream up for next year? After the Users’ Conference, attendees joined a party at the Yard House, cosponsored by MCS. It was a great time!
