NO BIG CHANGES, BUT IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE IMPROVEMENTS
With the Peak well behind us, we’d like to see consistent growth in on-time percentages. Instead, First-Class delivery performance seems to bounce around a lot, especially flats. A little decline in all categories this week. Nothing to write home about (if you do write home, make it a letter.)
