ON-TIME DELVERY DROPS IN EVERY CATEGORY

Last week mail took more time to deliver in each category we measure.  First class letters took on average 4.31 days to deliver (average for the week prior 3.46 days) and only 68.4% delivered on time.  First class flats came in with only 51.9% delivering on time.  Marketing mail did a little better, 96.1% of the letters were on time taking on average 2.69 days to deliver (week prior 96.8% on-time and 2.44 average days to deliver).  Marketing mail flats showed 90.3%  on-time delivery last week.
